From Bennington to Westbrook…All The Poutine!
That's why we're so excited to welcome Lil' Britain Fish & Chip Shop of Bennington back to PoutineFest!
If you've ever visited their shop, you know they take the classic British chippy experience seriously. From perfectly crisp, hand-cut chips to authentic British favorites, they've built a loyal following by doing the simple things exceptionally well.
Their cozy shop has become a destination for anyone craving a true taste of Britain in New England.
They bring that same passion to PoutineFest.
With chips this good, you already know they're starting with one of the most important ingredients in an unforgettable poutine. We can't wait to see what they bring to this year's festival!
Whether you're already a fan or discovering them for the first time, be sure to stop by Lil' Britain Fish & Chip Shop and show them some love.
Welcome back to PoutineFest, Lil' Britain!
There are some poutines you enjoy... and then there are the ones you can't stop thinking about.
The first time we tried LaBelle's Short Rib Poutine, we were absolutely blown away.
The slow-braised short rib, rich gravy, crispy fries, and fresh cheese curds came together in a way that made us stop and say, "Okay... this has to be at PoutineFest." It's one of those dishes that perfectly balances comfort food with incredible culinary talent.
What makes it even more special is the story behind LaBelle Winery.
Founder Amy LaBelle was working as a corporate attorney when a visit to a small winery in Nova Scotia (love the Canada tie-in!) changed her life.
Inspired to follow a completely different path, she began making wine in her Boston apartment before officially launching LaBelle Winery in 2005. Alongside her husband, Cesar Arboleda, that dream has grown into one of New Hampshire's premier destinations for wine, dining (poutine!!), celebrations, and unforgettable experiences. It all started with one moment of inspiration and years of determination. What a story!
We're so excited to welcome LaBelle Winery back to Granite State PoutineFest on August 29 at 603 Brewery
Come hungry, because their Short Rib Poutine is one you'll be talking about long after the festival ends.Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Sometimes you take a bite of a poutine and immediately know it's the real deal.
That's exactly how we felt the first time we tried the classic poutine from Blaze's Burgers.
In our opinion, it's one of the very best traditional poutines we've had anywhere in the United States. Crispy fries, rich gravy, fresh cheese curds, as close to Canadian as you can get.
Blaze's is most well known for their award-winning burgers, but they are also known for thier kindness. They regularly give back to their community and have become a mentor restaurant to some of our new vendors.
It's at the point where other restaurants request to be next to them!
We're not sure what Alex and his team have up their sleeves this year, but we can guarantee it will be phenomenal.
In the meantime, if you're on the hunt for something that will remind you of Quebec, head on over to visit Blaze's...maybe take on one of their food challenges!
Welcome back Blazes Burgers!Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
