Each year, beginning with the former NH PoutineFest, we have awarded our Championship Belt to our winner. This belt represents the best of our Fest and is dedicated to the memory of WW2 veteran William E. “Bill” Beaulieu and his legacy of perseverance and dedication. Bill’s stories of the French-Canadian diaspora are the inspiration for this entire event! Merci, Bill!
