At Maine PoutineFest 2025, we caught up with the man behind Pinky D’s Poutine Factory to hear how he first got into poutine and how one idea eventually grew into a menu featuring an incredible 130 different creations.

And of course, we couldn’t just talk about poutine. Emalynn had to put one to the test, digging into Pinky D’s Bacon Chicken Poutine right there at the Fest! Pinky D’s has become a big part of Maine’s poutine scene and a familiar face at PoutineFest, including taking home our 2024 championship belt.
