Staggered entry begins at 11:15 AM. We will break up ticket holder into 2 groups to ensure lines are spread out amongst the vendors. All attendees receive the same samples.

Pineland Farms Dairy Cheese Curds (optional to use)
Space to vend – Approx. 10-10 and ample space behind
1 - Reserved Parking Space
Crowd control barrier posts with restorable belts
Temporary Food Service Permit Fee paid for
PoutineFest USA will provide each restaurant funds to defray the cost of food in the amount of- $____. Payment will be delivered by October 19th, 2026, to the address provided.
Napkins, plastic forks, French fry boats (paper food trays)

We will provide access to electricity if needed.

Restaurant vendors will be asked to provide the following:
Gravy, cooking oil, fries for up to 1500 people approx. 3 oz. samples. Final head count provided 2 weeks prior to the event.
Additional 6 ft. tables as needed
25 ft. electric cords
Equipment for cooking poutine, serving utensils, storage, etc.
Cleaning solutions and materials for work area
Tablecloth and/or any décor for the vendors individual table
Copy of local Food Service Permit
Signed Town Form
Insurance information for the event (See Liability Section)
$150 - deposit check made payable to PoutineFest USA, refunded once event and contract are completed

RULES & REGULATIONS - The following rules and regulations are part of the vendor's contract and each vendor shall be bound by such rules and regulations set forth herein and by any such amendments or additional rules and regulations which may be established by the PoutineFest USA

PoutineFest will take place at 207 Thompson’s Point, Portland, Maine 04102

Vendor agrees that it shall keep and maintain their work area in use and all its contents in good repair, order and condition. At the conclusion of event, the area of the grounds being used shall be returned, by the Vendor, to its pre-event condition. All trash shall be placed in trash receptacles, and all equipment, signage, etc. shall be removed from the field.
Vendors must keep it "clean"; no profanity, racist comments, alcohol, drugs or lewd behavior will be permitted. Must maintain "family-friendly" atmosphere.
Display material must be confined to the individual Vendor’s own booth area. No stickers or helium-inflated balloons will be allowed in individual exhibits. No horns, bells, alarms, or flashing lights will be permitted. No amplifiers, television receivers or loudspeakers may be operated in the individual exhibits except with the signed approval of PoutineFest USA.
No advertising or printed material, which in PoutineFest USA is undignified or otherwise objectionable, shall be distributed. Vendors have the right to distribute brochures and other printed matter approved by PoutineFest USA, only from the space occupied by them and no other way.

Vendor shall provide, at its own cost, all equipment, serving pieces, utensils, storage containers, and all other supplies and equipment necessary. Forks, napkins, and French fry boats will be provided by PoutineFest USA

Outside food or beverage is permitted for employees working this event, with the exception of alcoholic beverages of any kind.

Merchandise sales are allowed in the PoutineFest event space only. Please contact tim@poutinefest.com if you have any merchandise to sell. This will be approved on a case by case basis.

We’ll do our best to keep attendees dry in the event of inclement weather.

Vendors are responsible for complying with all Federal, State and town laws. Wiring must comply with fire department and underwriter's rules. Smoking in exhibits is forbidden. Crowding will be restricted. No vendor shall bring into the facility any combustibles. All decorations must be flame proof, and an affidavit including such flame-proofing must be available for inspection by Fire Department Representatives.

A deposit check of $150.00 is required to hold a restaurant vendor’s spot for PoutineFest.The check is to be made payable to PoutineFest. If a restaurant vendor is unable to attend, the deposit will be refunded if notice of cancellation is provided to PoutineFest USA at least 30 days prior to August 29th, 2026. For restaurant vendors that participate, this deposit will be fully refunded by September 29th, 2026.

Liability PoutineFest USA or Anheuser-Busch Incorporated, and their agents, employees and sub-contractors shall be not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property whatsoever at or around the event site before, during, or after PoutineFest USA or during the load-in, load-out, resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to theft and vandalism.
Vendors shall indemnify and hold the PoutineFest USA and/or Anheuser-Busch Incorporated and their respective and collective agents, employees and subcontractors harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, claims, demands, costs and expenses to which the aforementioned parties or any of their agents, employees or subcontractors may become subject to arising from the negligence or willful misconduct of vendor, vendor guests, agents, or affiliates.
The Vendors agree to hold the PoutineFest USA and/or Anheuser-Busch Incorporated harmless and indemnify them against any claim for any reason whatsoever, including negligence, against PoutineFest USA and/or Anheuser-Busch Incorporated, its officers, agents, employees, or the lessors or owners of the Facility for loss, theft, damage or destruction of property, or for any injury to Vendors or their employees, agents, or invitees while at the Event Site.
Note: Each vendor, at its own cost, will provide NH PoutineFest with a Certificate of Liability insurance naming the NH PoutineFest and Anheuser-Busch Incorporated as Additional Insured under said policy for the NH PoutineFest event of October 25th, 2025. Said general liability policy must provide coverage against loss or damage by fire, claims for personal injury or property damage with limits of at least Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) for bodily injury (including death) and Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand ($750,000.00) for property damage caused or alleged to have been caused by any act or omission of the Vendor, any of its employees, agents, representatives or guests, during the event. In addition, Vendor must provide NHPF with evidence of Workers Compensation insurance.
This Agreement is being delivered in and shall be performed in the State of New Hampshire and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with New Hampshire law, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. In the event that PoutineFest and/or Anheuser-Busch Incorporated are required to institute legal action, including but not limited to litigation, mediation, or arbitration, to enforce any provision of this Agreement, then Vendor shall be responsible to reimburse PoutineFest and/or Anheuser-Busch their legal fees and costs in such action provided they prevail on their claim.
This Agreement contains the complete agreement of the parties with respect to the matters provided for herein, and is not intended to be modified or limited in any way by any written instrument or oral agreement previously made or entered into by the parties hereto. This Agreement may not be amended or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.
